Job Description
- CX HTE is a critical customer-facing role and leading customers’ business outcomes across and maximizingcustomer loyalty, satisfaction through Cisco services technical delivery’s value proposition. We are seeking aHTE to work with designated high-demand customers ensuring they receive premium-level technical supportservices.Role & Responsibilities
• The HTE delivers the technologies, solutions and services which customers need to expertly manage theirnetworks.
• In this role, you will be "Cisco’s face to the customer," working in a fast-paced, high-impact environmentas a visible contributor delivering on our commitments.
• You need to be a creative problem solver, comfortable with challenging the status quo and rapidlyresponding to escalated issues.
• Builds strong team relationships with other Customer Support Engineers. Enjoys sharing knowledge.
• Review and analyze trends and assist in providing quarterly reports detailing corrective action plansplanned for the next quarter.
• Review historic customer data to identify trends and enable problem management
• Handle multiple customers for aforementioned needs remotely or onsite.Minimum

Qualifications
:Knowledge of IP routing and switching is required
• Knowledge of Virtualization technologies.
• Knowledge on 3G/4G/5G mobile packet core technologies like LTE, UMTS/CDMA/GSM/WiFi offloading, 5GCore
• Working knowledge of SGSN, MME, GGSN, SGW, PGW, PCF, PCRF, EPDG, SAMOG, AMF, SMF, UPF andAMF.
• Knowledge of various 4G/5G and 4G call flows is a must.
• Strong Knowledge of the 3GPP specifications is a must.
